Guided Surgery Drives Our Success—and Your Happiness

We start the dental implant process by making cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) scans of your teeth and mouth with our in-house CT machine. We then review the scans to plan out the placement of your dental implants, taking great care to verify their stability and esthetic qualities. Using an advanced program, we then virtually design a customized implant template before fabricating a physical, anchored guide with our in-house 3D printer. We fit this template to a model to confirm a secure fit before using it as a surgical guide. During your initial surgical visit, we’ll complete any tooth extractions before fastening the surgical guide to your gums and inserting titanium implant posts in your jaw through it. You’ll leave this initial surgical appointment with a durable, fully functional temporary prosthesis which will enable you to enjoy normal daily activities almost immediately. You’ll come back to our office for your permanent teeth, whether single or full arch dental implants or implant supported dentures once your implant post sites heal—typically several months.
