These posts are placed permanently into your jaw and essentially act as tooth roots, keeping your teeth (in this case, dentures) well-anchored. Our doctors have an extraordinary reputation for precise dental implant placement, due both to training and to CHROME GuidedSMILE™ guided surgery technology. We start with CT scans of your teeth and mouth, then review them to plan out your procedure. Using an advanced program, we then virtually design a customized implant template before constructing a physical guide with our own 3D printer. During placement, this will help us insert your posts with the greatest precision and most comfortable results. We then attach your dentures to them.
